Where Our Story Begins
Sure Safe® EFS was created by structural specialist Art Angelo, President and CEO, who has spent more than 38 years studying how California homes behave during earthquakes. After witnessing the damage caused by the Landers, Loma Prieta, and Northridge earthquakes, Art saw a clear need: crawl-space homes required better, stronger, and more reliable foundation systems. So he engineered them. Today, Sure Safe® EFS holds multiple patented foundation systems, with another patent pending — all designed to stabilize and protect crawl-space homes without excavation, without disruption, and without the cost of full foundation replacement.
