Art is a dedicated structural specialist with over 38 years of experience as President and CEO of Sure Safe® EFS (Engineered Foundation Systems). Throughout his tenure, he has developed five patented foundation systems, with one currently pending. All of these systems have performed flawlessly during major earthquakes in California, including the Landers, Loma Prieta, and Northridge earthquakes. His expertise in crawl space foundations and mobile home support systems has helped protect thousands of structures, and his passion for seismic resilience drives ongoing innovation.
