I have referred Sure Safe Foundation Systems to several of my clients for the last 12 years or so. As a listing agent for historic homes, predominantly in North Park, I have become very familiar with the issues foundations can cause when a home owner puts their home on the market and then finds out their foundation is in bad shape once the buyer does their inspection.
I was referred to Sure Safe by a structural engineer that I respect years ago, and have found that Sure Safe is far more cost-effective than the traditional contractors that deal with foundations. This is a huge plus for the owner, who is already stretched to the limits financially.

I asked Sure Safe for an estimate for my EBB retrofit. Their estimate was the same as another one so I basically flipped a coin and chose another contractor. For reasons that I won’t get into, I later needed a favor from Sure Safe and even though they had no reason to help me - I had chosen another contractor after all- they chose to help me. I feel like that speaks to a company with integrity and a willingness to help even when there is no lucrative reason to do so.

SureSafe offered the best solution for repairs that we needed, and no other contractor offered a solution that was adequate structurally. Art was great to work with and answered ALL my questions. Elaine coordinated the entire process and the team of Sergio, Casey and Brock worked tirelessly to install everything in a single day. Wow! I am a landlord with 5 homes I had SureSafe come out and look at all of my mobile homes. I must say they went through each home and then went under them. They took pictures so I could see what they saw. They explained that 3 of the homes were ok but 2 would need foundations and then showed me the reasoning behind their words. I got the quote 2 days later. I did have 2 more companies come out and they were much more expensive for each home and then told me to do all 5 . Wow So I made the plans with SureSafe Had both homes done. It was easy on my end and they did not disturb the residents at any time. I would recommend them to any person Honest and professional. Do your homework and look at Angies List and BBB.
